Had windows put in last December. As they company claimed to be very busy. The clips on the two windows that were installed would not close correctly. Called them up and let them know. Was told we had to speak with the rep that sold the windows. Then came covid 19 finally the rep called and came to see the issue. Then the technician needed to be scheduled and the technician didn't know how to get to the house as there was construction road work.Did not know how to pass by to get to the house. Finally a technician came today. Finally after 91/2 months the windows are finally working properly.

Deux gars de construction ont voulu arrêtés de façon non justifié les travaux après avoir fait 98% du travail. Heureusement, le superviseur Sébastien et les très bons et rapides suivis de René au vente ont permis de tout terminer la journée même. Très belle finition du superviseur. Je suis satisfait de ma porte patio et mes fenêtres.

Insatisfaite du service, perdue 2 semaines pour finalement apprendre que la porte vandalisée à remplacer n'était pas fait par Fenplast mais Novatek même avec facture 2016 à l'appui. Aucun suivi ni visite n'a été fait. On nous a référé ailleurs pour acheter notre porte.
